You can register directly on line on page “Request your visitor badge”. Your e-badge will be sent by email and you must show it at the entrance of the Mountain Planet show to get your valid access badge for the entire event.

We strongly recommend registering on line : ordering your badge online is a time saving on the day of your visit and regular information on the program to optimize your visit.

However, you can request your badge once you arrive at the trade show if you have an invitation, e-badge or business card and ID card.

Please note: Mountain Planet is a professional trade show for mountain professionals.

The trade show has a free visitor parking lot located next to Alpexpo.

Alpexpo, The Grenoble Exhibition Park is equipped to welcome persons with reduced mobility:

• If you are a person with reduced mobility, you and a guest may obtain a priority access badge. Please see the security agents to obtain priority access. Reserved parking. Handicapped restrooms.

For security reasons, it is strictly prohibited to enter the premises with weapons, explosive substances, glass bottles (only plastic bottles without caps are permitted), and in general, any object that may serve as a projectile. It is also strictly prohibited to enter the premises with any dangerous or pyrotechnic objects, signs or banners of any size of a political, racial, religious or ideological nature.

Prohibited (but not dangerous) objects may be placed in consignment at the site entrance. Dangerous objects (weapons, explosive or inflammable objects) cannot be placed in consignment.

For the first time, people interested in the mountain sector will be able to come to the trade show to meet companies that have vacancies and are looking for new talent.

During your online registration, you can get an official invitation letter that you can present to the French Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence.
