Born in Grenoble “On the slopes” Marie-Hélène BOISSIEUX is a woman of commitment and networks, passionated about the mountain world and her clients in the ski resorts (Valloire, Ste Foy Tarentaise, Val d'Allos...etc), are proof of this.

With a master's degree in communication, after having held a position as communication director in a subsidiary of the industrial LEGRAND Group, Marie-Hélène created her own marketing and digital strategy firm in 2006.

With a dynamism that expresses itself on the slopes or on a tennis court, her company is the reflection of her sportsmanship. Excellence and commitment to the firm's clients are her daily leitmotivs.

With a staff of 5 people, Marie-Hélène and her team are able to manage their clients' strategies, with the objective of providing a real boost to their activities.
Sensitive to the energy transition, she accompanies the "HYDRO 21" cluster - bringing together the hydroelectricity players in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, from small and medium-sized companies to large groups (General Electric, EDF, ARTELIA...) - in its marketing and digital strategy.

She is a facilitator of physical and digital roundtables, and also provides "media coaching" training to business leaders who want to optimize their image during press interviews.

Involved in Grenoble's economic networks, former President of the Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises in Isère and Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, President of business networks, she also teaches at the IAE of Grenoble as a part-time teacher.

Rick entered the ski industry in an unconventional way: upon graduation from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005, he purchased Nordic Mountain in Central Wisconsin at the age of 22. Armed with a lifelong passion for the sport, business skills freshly learned in college, and relentless reinvestment in the business, he turned the struggling area into a successful operation. His brothers noticed the fun he was having, and in 2012 partnered with him to re-open the hill where they all learned, Little Switzerland, an urban ski area outside Milwaukee. The success of Little Switzerland led the brothers to purchase another Milwaukee area, the Rock Snowpark in 2017. Rick is the proud father of two young skiers, and attributes much of his success to his loving, understanding wife. While representing three smaller, urban areas in the Midwest, he serves on both the Midwest Ski Areas Association and the National Ski Areas Association Board of Directors.

Graduate of EM Lyon and ISC Paris, Dominique Thillaud began his career in 1992 in Brussels in the mergers and acquisitions department of Banexi, the investment bank of the BNP Paribas Group, then held various positions in consulting and investment banking. In 2002, he joined the SNCF group where he worked for eight years, first as Head of Investments and Development, then as Chief Executive Officer of SNCF Participations and Head of SNCF Group strategy. In September 2012, he joined the Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur Group as Chairman of the Management Board and is responsible for its transformation and development in France and internationally.
On 25 March 2021, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Compagnie des Alpes. He is appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group as of June 1, 2021.
