Dawn Boulware
Vice President of Social and Environmental Responsibility for Taos Ski Valley, Inc.
Dawn currently serves as the Vice President of Social and Environmental Responsibility for Taos Ski Valley, Inc. in New Mexico. She has worked for Taos Ski Valley for over 30 years in various capacities including Marketing and Human Resources. Currently she supports the Environmental, Community Relations, Human Resources, Administration, and Workforce Lodging teams at Taos. Dawn helped Taos Ski Valley achieve B Corp certification in 2017, becoming the first ski resort in the world to do so. She has led the resort through two subsequent B Corp recertifications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religion from the University of Redlands, California and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of New Mexico. Dawn enjoys skiing, hiking, river rafting, camping, traveling, motorcycling and gardening with her husband, family, friends, and dogs.
