A partner of Alpexpo, La Fine Fourchette is ISO 20121 certified, notably for its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The chefs at Chez le Per’Gras are coming to you at Mountain Planet, with a “lighter” menu adapted to visitors’ expectations. Chez le Per’Gras has been awarded the Clef Verte 2024 label, the first of its kind for sustainable tourism. Come and enjoy home-made local products, lovingly concocted by Laurent Gras, Maître Restaurateur de France, and his team. Have these few lines made your mouth water?
