Arnaud Ballet
Director of Public Affairs of the French Telecommunications Federation
Graduated in social sciences and public affairs, Arnaud Ballet began his career in the chemical industry before joining the French National Assembly (2017–2022). There, he first supported Deputy Charles de Courson on budgetary and fiscal matters, then became political advisor to the UDI and Independents group, notably overseeing the Committees on Economic Affairs and Sustainable Development, which cover issues related to electronic communications and territorial planning.
In 2022, he joined Sopra Steria as Chief of Staff to the CEO France and Head of Public Affairs, overseeing governance, the three-year strategic plan, communication, and institutional relations in coordination with Numeum. In 2025, he was appointed Director of Public Affairs at the French Telecommunications Federation.
