Michel-François Delannoy

Director of the Territorial Support Department – Network and Territories Division

Michel-François Delannoy is a trained sociologist and a specialist in decision-making processes, as well as urban and territorial issues. He worked as a territorial development consultant within a consulting cooperative before holding elected positions in various local authorities. He has also held national roles, including member of the National Council of Cities, and board member of UNCCASS and OFPRA.

He joined Caisse des Dépôts in 2014 to design a new territorial engineering offering and develop the support approach for revitalizing city centers, which later became the Action Cœur de Ville program. He currently leads the “Territorial Support” department at Banque des Territoires and has designed and continues to develop the Mountain roadmap for the Caisse des Dépôts Group.
