Dorian Noyer

Director of Tourism in Cauterets

Dorian Noyer, born on 4 March 1971 in Valence, is a professional in the tourism and outdoor activities sector, specialising in the management and development of tourist sites.

With a background in sport and the mountains, his career began in the 1990s as a sports instructor and outdoor activities supervisor, before he founded the ‘Grandeur Nature’ outdoor activity centre in Villefort in 1993. Over the course of ten years, he developed a comprehensive tourism facility there, comprising accommodation, catering and sports activities, employing up to 25 staff.

He then joined SEM SELO, where for nearly two decades he held management positions at various sites: ski resorts, spa resorts, wildlife parks and tourist facilities.

His key achievements include the redevelopment of the Mas de la Barque resort into a four-season destination, the management of spa resorts (including Bagnols-les-Bains and La Chaldette), as well as the management of wildlife parks and a wide range of tourist facilities (holiday cottages, holiday residences, hotels, golf courses and travel agencies).

Since November 2020, Dorian Noyer has held the position of Director General of Tourism in Cauterets, where he oversees the entire tourism offering, including ski resorts, mountain restaurants and the tourist office. He brings to bear his skills in project management, leadership, marketing and strategic development.
