A partner of Alpexpo, La Fine Fourchette is ISO 20121 certified, notably for its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. On your plate, you’ll enjoy fresh, local produce and seasonal dishes. Two menus, “plumier” or bistronomic, as well as takeaway dishes, have been devised by La Fine Fourchette’s chefs. Don’t have time to climb up to La Bastille to discover the gourmet cuisine of this renowned Grenoble restaurant? The chefs at Chez le Per’Gras are coming to you at Mountain Planet, with a “lighter” menu adapted to visitors’ expectations. Chez le Per’Gras has been awarded the Clef Verte 2024 label, the first of its kind for sustainable tourism. Come and enjoy home-made local products, lovingly concocted by Laurent Gras, Maître Restaurateur de France, and his team. Have these few lines made your mouth water? Well, you’ll have to wait until the show opens to indulge yourself!
