Julie, a native of the Alps, has been in the tourism industry and with Compagnie des Alpes for over 15 years. Her mission is to ensure ski vacations are successful and that clients leave with stars in their eyes. After various marketing roles, Julie now dedicates her energy to analyzing customer expectations, deciphering consumption trends, understanding satisfaction formation, and representing customer voices in mountain regions. She is also a board member of AMARC (Association for the Management of Customer Complaints), a network of over 300 professionals who believe that handling complaints and customer relations are powerful tools for growing teams and businesses.
